The stunning garden with its winding paths, picturesque views, and even a waterfall creates a serene atmosphere. The rooms are both lovely and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of facilities such as the spa and reliable internet access.

The prices for optional extras like drinks and meals are a bit high compared to the room rate.

Elegant hotel with large rooms, good aircon, and nice food. The convenient shuttle to Meguro station was a plus. I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it.

The hotel had beautiful Japanese gardens, a highlight of my stay. The staff were also excellent, providing great service. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle bus service, making it easy to get to and from nearby stations.

The hotel also has a beautiful Japanese garden and a shuttle service for added convenience.

The hotel lacks a central location, which may require taking a taxi or shuttle to get to popular tourist areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the bed was big and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the free shuttle to JR Meguro station, made transportation so convenient. The staff at the concierge were friendly and helpful, providing maps and directions. The location, though away from the main attractions of this city, was perfect for me as it felt safe and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the complimentary late check-out offered when I showed my SPG CARD. a nice stay.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that made me feel truly luxurious. the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge were particularly impressive and I enjoyed being pampered with a massage. the garden area was a peaceful retreat and the restaurant provided a delicious in-room breakfast. the service was impeccable and the staff were attentive to my every need.

It was a bit weak and hard to rely on, but it did not impact my overall positive experience.
